PSV have reached agreement with Alianza Lima for the transfer of the Peruvian Reimond Manco. The youngster, who has signed a five-year deal, will join PSV in summer. PSV and Alianza have also completed negotiations about a three-year co-operation.
Reimond Manco plays for Alianza Lima in Lima, the club where Farfán spent four seasons. Reimond Manco, who is generally regarded as one of the most promising young players in South America, was at the Philips Stadium on Saturday night, where he watched his future team mates settle for a 1-1 draw with in-form sc Heerenveen. 'It was a good game. Both teams created a lot chances and the 1-1 draw is a fair result', said the youngster, who will join PSV in summer. The agreement between the two clubs was confirmed at the stadium on Saturday. Manco will fly back to Peru on Sunday. 'I am a pacy player and have technical skills. I can play in midfield on either wing, but my favourite position is the right wing. I don't want to talk too much right now, though. The fans will come to know me better when I move to Eindhoven in summer', told Manco PSV TV.
PSV and Alianza Lima have also completed negotiations about a three-year co-operation. 'We will exchange know-how, coaches and players', confirms PSV's Press & Communication manager Pedro Salazar on Saturday night. 'We have built up a good relationship with this club and intend to establish a mutually beneficial co-operation in the near future.'
