Teacher Leon Smeets, teacher of Dutch, has maintained a fine tradition on Tuesday afternoon: the theme of the weekly Dutch conversation lesson for the foreign PSV players was St Nicholas, whose birthday is celebrated in Holland on 5 December. Leon Smeets had not forgotten to bring poems and presents to the classroom at De Herdgang.
