PSV have had their first training session on South Korean soil. The squad worked hard for over an hour on Wednesday morning to improve their physical condition on a pitch beside the impressive Seoul World Cup Stadium. The squad did a warming up during which a lot of running was involved and then the squad was split up into different small groups. Ibrahim Afellay is rehabilitating and had his own training programme. Roy Myrie Medrano, who has joined the PSV squad on trial, was on the training pitch with his PSV mates for the first time. He is from Costa Rica and is played as full right back. He will stay with the squad in Korea the whole trip. According to Jefferson Farfán, who knows him well, he is a 'quick, dynamic defender'. Korea University All Star TeamYoung-Pyo Lee was also on the pitch for the first time in the new season. The players' coach went back to the hotel after an hour. The squad will leave for Inchon, where a friendly is scheduled against the Korea University All Star Team, at 16:00 local time, which is nine o' clock in the morning in Holland.
