There was massive interest from the press when the PSV squad and officials arrived at the Sabiha Gökçen International Airport in the Asiatic part of Istanbul on Monday night. MetropolisThere is a one-hour’s time difference between Turkey and the Netherlands. The PSV squad, technical staff, members of the board, sponsors, officials and representatives of the press had taken off at from Eindhoven Airport at about three o’ clock in the afternoon. They were welcomed by a great many camera crews and photographers. The players subsequently went to the hotel by coach to take a rest and have a meal. The hotel is situated in the European district of Istanbul. The metropolis is the only town in the world that is situated on two different continents. Training sessionA training session in the stadium of Fenerbahçe SK is scheduled for Tuesday, after which Guus Hiddink will attend the customary pre-match press conference. Fenerbahçe - PSV will be kicked off on Wednesday night at 20:45.
